What Do You Want To See In 2013 From The Yummygal?

Happy New Year!

I truly have been blessed to be able to go out and explore. 2012 was the best year of my life. I am honestly shocked at how much beauty there is in my home state. I thought for so long that it was a cesspool of pollution, factories, and strip malls and I was born and raised here.

However, in doing my research and actually getting out there, all I can say is that I have been knocked to my knickers. New Jersey is absolutely stunning. I’ve got a lot of great places I will be featuring in 2013. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Soupy Island Sign. One of the top posts of 2012.

Basically, I want to thank all those I’ve met and that have reached out to me. It is pretty cool seeing pictures and hearing your stories of the places I have profiled. It melts my heart.

I am asking you, what would you like to see this upcoming year or profiled? Do you want more indoor adventures? More history, more pictures? More events? Different activities? Would you like me to organize adventuring get-togethers? Anything you don’t want to see?

Beautiful downtown Haddonfield.

Your feedback means the most to me.

I’d like to post your photos of your adventures to the site. Definitely reach out to me and I would love to post. Even if it is just a pretty picture of New Jersey or The Delaware Valley.

Mt. Carmel Italian Festival in Hammonton. The longest running Italian festival in the United States.

I will continue blogging for the West Deptford Patch and have a few other projects in the works. I have had almost a million views since my start, that is crazy.

Let us show the world what New Jersey is TRULY about!

However, thanks for making 2012 a blast! Lets make 2013 even better! Adventure on my friends and Happy New Year!

  1. I think it’s great that you are putting such a positive spin on NJ – we’ve been the punchline for bad jokes for far too long around here 😉 Keep doing what you’re doing. You readers love it!

And have a very Happy New Year!

  2. you don’t only “do” new jersey, but apparently delaware and other nearby locales as well. you might recall, i first ventured over after searching for USVI blogs!
ironically, i worked with 2 NJ refugees at the US D O E for a while. both were italian heritage, and both experts in the environmental reclamation field.
i can only suggest CONTINUE TO DO WHAT YOU’RE DOING
